Welcome to GameDay Kits. These Terms & Conditions explain the rules for using our website, placing orders, making payments, receiving deliveries, requesting support, and buying products from our store.

1. About GameDay Kits

GameDay Kits is a South African online store selling South Africa Home and Away football shirts, kids shirts, bundles, and selected custom name and number shirt options.

GameDay Kits is an independent retailer and is not an official adidas or SAFA store. Product names, logos, trademarks, and brand references belong to their respective owners and are used for product identification purposes only.

3. Products and availability

All products shown on our website are subject to availability.

We try our best to keep product images, descriptions, colours, prices, and sizes accurate. However, slight differences may occur due to lighting, screen settings, supplier updates, or product batches.

Available sizes may vary by product. Customers should check the product page and size guide before ordering.

4. Pricing

All prices are shown in South African Rand, unless stated otherwise.

We reserve the right to update product prices, promotions, discounts, and delivery fees at any time without prior notice. Price changes will not affect confirmed orders that have already been paid for.

5. Payments

Orders must be paid for before they are processed.

We may support payment methods such as card payments, EFT, PayFast, Ozow EFT, SnapScan, or other approved South African payment options depending on what is available at checkout.

GameDay Kits does not store your full card details. Payments are processed securely through third-party payment providers.

An order is only confirmed once payment has been successfully received.

6. Order confirmation

After placing an order, you may receive an order confirmation by email, SMS, WhatsApp, or through the checkout system.

Please make sure your contact details, delivery address, product selection, size, colour, and customisation details are correct before completing your order.

GameDay Kits is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect customer information.

7. Delivery

We deliver across South Africa.

Our estimated delivery timeframe is usually 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on stock availability, courier schedules, delivery location, and any delays outside our control.

Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may happen due to courier issues, public holidays, incorrect delivery details, high order volumes, supplier delays, or events outside our control.

Customers must provide a correct and complete delivery address. If the courier cannot deliver because the address or contact details are incorrect, extra delivery fees may apply.

8. Returns and exchanges

We want customers to order with confidence.

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if the item is unused, unworn, unwashed, in its original condition, and returned within the return period stated on our Returns & Exchanges page.

Items may not qualify for return or exchange if they have been worn, washed, damaged, altered, personalised, customised, or returned without original packaging.

Customers should contact us first before returning any item.

9. Custom name and number orders

Custom name and number shirts are made according to the details provided by the customer.

Customers are responsible for checking spelling, number selection, size, colour, and all customisation details before placing the order.

Once a custom order has started processing, it may not be possible to cancel, change, return, or exchange it unless the item is faulty or the mistake was caused by GameDay Kits.

10. Faulty or incorrect items

If you receive a faulty item or the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with your order number, clear photos, and a description of the issue.

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, repair, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

11. Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider, bank, or payment method used.

Delivery fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by GameDay Kits or a confirmed faulty item.

12. Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before processing, dispatch, or customisation has started.

Once an order has been packed, dispatched, or customised, cancellation may no longer be possible.

To request a cancellation, contact us as soon as possible on WhatsApp or email.

13. Customer responsibilities

By placing an order, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate contact and delivery information

  • Choose the correct product, size, colour, and quantity

  • Check all customisation details before ordering

  • Be available for courier communication

  • Use the website lawfully

  • Not attempt to commit fraud, abuse promotions, or interfere with the website

14. Website use

You may use our website for personal shopping and lawful purposes only.

You may not copy, misuse, hack, damage, overload, scrape, or interfere with the website, checkout system, payment process, or store content.

We reserve the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or block access where we suspect fraud, abuse, suspicious activity, or violation of these Terms.

All GameDay Kits branding, website design, text, layout, graphics, and store content belong to GameDay Kits unless stated otherwise.

Third-party brand names, logos, product names, football association references, and trademarks belong to their respective owners.

GameDay Kits is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to adidas, SAFA, or any other third-party brand unless clearly stated.

16. Limitation of liability

GameDay Kits will not be responsible for losses caused by incorrect customer information, courier delays, third-party payment issues, website downtime, stock delays, or events outside our reasonable control.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to limit any rights you may have under applicable South African consumer protection laws.
