Football shirts may be described as Fan Version. This refers to the type or construction of the shirt offered to customers and should not be interpreted as a claim that a product is official, player-issued, match-worn, authenticated or licensed unless GameDay Kits expressly states this and has a reasonable basis for doing so.

4. Product Images and Colours

We make reasonable efforts to display products accurately.

However, colours may appear slightly different depending on:

Normal manufacturing variations

6. Sizes

Customers are responsible for selecting the appropriate size before completing their order.

Where available, please use the size guide displayed on the product page.

Fit may vary between products, styles or manufacturing batches.

If you purchase the incorrect size, exchanges are handled according to our Refund & Returns Policy.

7. Personalisation

GameDay Kits may offer optional personalisation, including names and numbers, on selected products.

Customers are responsible for reviewing all personalisation information before submitting an order.

Spelling
Numbers
Capitalisation where relevant
Selected shirt size
Any other custom option entered by the customer

We may reproduce the personalisation information exactly as submitted by the customer.

Once personalisation has started, the order may no longer qualify for cancellation, return or exchange because of a change of mind or an error made by the customer when submitting the personalisation.

This does not affect rights relating to defective products, incorrect products or personalisation errors caused by GameDay Kits.

8. Personalisation Requests We May Refuse

GameDay Kits reserves the right, where reasonably necessary, to refuse a personalisation request containing content that is unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, hateful, abusive, obscene or that we reasonably believe may infringe another person's rights.

If we cannot fulfil a personalisation request after payment, we will contact the customer to arrange an alternative or appropriate refund.

9. Placing an Order

Before completing checkout, customers are responsible for reviewing:

Quantity
Personalisation information
Delivery information
Price
Shipping charges
Payment method

Customers should correct any mistakes before submitting the order.

After an order has been submitted, GameDay Kits may send an order confirmation using the contact information supplied during checkout.

10. Order Acceptance

Submitting an order does not prevent GameDay Kits from contacting you if we discover a legitimate issue affecting fulfilment.

An order may be unable to proceed in circumstances such as:

Suspected fraudulent activity
An invalid or incomplete delivery address
A personalisation request that cannot reasonably or lawfully be fulfilled

Where we are unable to fulfil an order after receiving payment, we will notify the customer and provide an appropriate refund in accordance with applicable South African law.

11. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Although our website may display inventory information, stock levels may occasionally change before an order is processed.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order has been placed, GameDay Kits will contact the customer as soon as reasonably possible.

12. Prices

Unless otherwise indicated, prices displayed by GameDay Kits are shown in South African Rand (ZAR).

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed, and deliveries to regional, remote or outlying areas may take longer than deliveries to major metropolitan areas.

19. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges, damaged products, defective goods, incorrect products and refunds are handled in accordance with our Refund & Returns Policy and applicable South African consumer law.

Our voluntary return rules do not remove statutory rights that cannot legally be excluded.

20. Order Cancellations

If you would like to cancel an order, please contact GameDay Kits as soon as possible.

We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate a cancellation where the order has not yet been processed, dispatched or personalised.

Once personalisation has begun, cancellation may no longer be available for a change of mind, subject to applicable consumer law.

We aim to keep the GameDay Kits website available and functioning properly.
