Return and exchange period

Returns or exchanges may be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

Return eligibility

Returns or exchanges may be accepted if the item is:

  • Unused

  • Unworn

  • Unwashed

  • In its original condition

  • In original packaging where possible

  • Reported within 7 days of delivery

Items that show signs of wear, washing, damage, stains, perfume, or alteration may not qualify for a return or exchange.

Size exchanges

If you ordered the wrong size, contact us as soon as possible.

Size exchanges may be accepted if the item is still unused, unworn, unwashed, and the replacement size is available.

Customers are responsible for choosing the correct size before checkout. If you are unsure, please use our Size Guide or message us on WhatsApp before ordering.

Custom name and number shirts

Custom name and number shirts are made or prepared according to your selected details.

Custom shirts may not be returned or exchanged unless the item is defective or the order was incorrect due to an error from GameDay Kits.

Please check your spelling, number, size, colour, and all customisation details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or incorrect items

If you receive a damaged item or the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible with:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the item

  • A short explanation of the issue

If the issue is confirmed, we may offer a replacement, exchange, store credit, or refund depending on the situation and product availability.

Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method where possible.

Refund processing times may depend on the payment provider or bank.

Delivery fees may not be refundable unless the return is due to an error by GameDay Kits or a confirmed faulty item.

Return courier costs

Customers may be responsible for return courier costs unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item caused by GameDay Kits.

Please do not send any item back before contacting us and receiving return instructions.
