We aim to make delivery simple, clear, and reliable so you know what to expect before placing your order.

Delivery time

Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 working days after dispatch, depending on your location, courier availability, and order details.

Delivery may take slightly longer during public holidays, high-demand periods, courier delays, or if we need to confirm order details with you.

Order processing

Orders are processed after payment has been confirmed.

Once your order is received, we prepare your shirt for dispatch. If there are any issues with your order, size, delivery address, or customisation details, we may contact you before dispatch.

Delivery areas

We deliver nationwide across South Africa, including major cities, towns, and selected outlying areas.

Delivery to remote or outlying areas may take longer depending on courier availability.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, tracking details will be shared after your order has been dispatched.

Please make sure your phone number and email address are correct so we can send you order and delivery updates.
